CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM

Shumsky offers a Consignment Program to Optimist Supply Chairs as a way to promote Optimist merchandise while allowing a club or district the opportunity to save on freight. Each Supply Chair has the opportunity to choose items from our complete menu of in-stock merchandise to offer for sale at Optimist meetings and District events.

All orders must be paid up front with a credit card. After the event, simply return any unused portion to Shumsky for a credit.

Large orders tend to deplete our stock significantly, and usually result in many of the items being returned. Therefore, we encourage you to place orders for only the items that you believe will sell.

Freight is the responsibility of the Optimist Consignee for all consignment orders, both leaving from and returning to Shumsky. No call tags will be issued to pick up returning merchandise.

All returns must be received by Shumsky within 30 days of original purchase. All items must be in like new condition and must include all accessories and packaging. Example, tumblers must be returned with straws and lids. All technology items must be stored in the recommended manner and include all power cords and instructions. Once items have been received by Shumsky, verified and checked in, a credit will be issued for the returned merchandise. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be issued.

VERY IMPORTANT: WE MUST KNOW THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT IN ORDER TO SHIP ALL ITEMS IN TIME. PLEASE INCLUDE THIS DATE, IF APPLICABLE, ON YOUR ORDER.
