Who is Shumsky?
Shumsky is the authorized reseller and merchant of the products offered within this store.

Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. It is our policy to keep your credit card information secure. When you enter your credit card information online, we use a secure order site, which encrypts and protects your credit card information.

Is there a guarantee for merchandise ordered from this site?
Absolutely! You, our customers, are very important. We offer you a 100% quality guarantee. You may return defective merchandise up to 30 days from the date of original purchase for exchange. Elective returns are not accepted on MTO items due to the custom nature of the products.

Shumsky will incur costs for return shipping of defective and/or damaged merchandise that is returned within the time frame outlined in the paragraph above. For more information on our Return Policy, click here.

When will my order be shipped?
All in-stock items are shipped the same day, if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST, M-F. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. Rush orders will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. EST, M-F. For your order to qualify as a rush order, you must contact Customer Care immediately after you place your order and notify them that it is a rush. Rush orders apply only to "in-stock" items.

Made-to-order items will include a lead time which will be noted on the specified item within the e-store. All items will ship from the manufacturing facility once production is complete. For more information on Shipping & Delivery, click here.

Is there sales tax?
Product sold on this website and shipped to locations in the US may be subject to sales tax. Taxes will be collected on each item as required by each state's taxing authority. Click here Taxing States to see applicable states.

What are the hours of operation for Customer Service?
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Humane Society of Greater Dayton Customer Care Team will respond to all written and voice requests within eight (8) business hours. For after hour inquiries, responses will be given within one (1) business day. 

What methods of payment do you accept?
Accepted methods of payment are Credit Card. 

What information do we collect from you?
When you visit Humane Society of Greater Dayton and place an order, we will require you to provide the shipping and billing addresses. After you enter the data into the appropriate forms, we will store your name, email and shipping address in order to process the transaction and deliver the order. Your credit card information is entered into a secure encrypted site and is never stored on our servers.
