All in-stock items are shipped the same day, if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST, M-F. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.

Rush orders will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. EST, M-F. For your order to qualify as a rush order, you must contact Customer Care immediately after you place your order and notify them that it is a rush. Rush orders apply only to "in-stock" items.

All Made-To-Order items include a lead time and shipping origin noted on the specific item within the e-store. These items will ship from the manufacturing facility once production time is complete. Shipping origin on Made-To-Order items may vary.
